Netflix angers fans by removing series with 100% Rotten Tomatoes score

Netflix viewers got an unpleasant surprise when they found out that their favorite series Jane the Virgin will soon leave the platform.

The streaming service surprised fans of the series, which has a 100% rating on Rotten Tomatoes, by announcing that Gina Rodriguez’s critically acclaimed, soap opera-inspired saga would no longer be available on its streaming service worldwide as of September 5.

Jane the Virgin Netflix fans took to Twitter/X to ask for an explanation for the decision, with one person calling the service’s decision “outrageous.”
