Man suspected of stealing Amazon truck in Pueblo tied to crime spree

PUEBLO, Colo. (KKTV) – A man is facing charges after allegedly admitting to stealing an Amazon truck in Pueblo.

Pueblo Police issued a news release on Wednesday explaining that 33-year-old Marcus Delgado was arrested on Aug. 31. He was taken into custody without incident according to police.

“Marcus was transported to the station where Impact Unit Detectives attempted to interview Delgado regarding the recent crime spree where he was listed as a possible suspect,” part of the news release from Pueblo Police reads. “The Detectives were able to gain full confessions from Delgado of his actions in the armed robberies as well as the motor vehicle theft of an Amazon truck. The coordinated efforts and rapid response by patrol and Impact Detectives resulted in the conclusion of several cases.”

Police say he’s being charged with failure to appear, contempt of court, as well as new warrants tied to his reported confession.
