Foley man charged with child pornography while on parole for fatal crash

FOLEY, Alabama (WALA) – On Tuesday, September 3, the Foley Police Department arrested Kaleb Owens, 42, on charges of possession of child pornography.

The Foley Police Department had reasonable cause to believe that Owens had filmed and distributed pornographic material involving a minor.

According to the Foley Police Department, Owens is charged with distribution/presentation of child pornography, production of pornography involving minors and surveillance.

Owens is currently out on bail, charged with leaving the scene of an accident involving bodily injury or death resulting from a fatal traffic accident that occurred near the intersection of County Road 65 and Airport Road earlier this year in March.

Foley Police will be filing a motion to revoke bail.
