September 4 – ARREST

Two Falls women were arrested after shoplifting at a store in the 1500 block of Military Road at 3:26 p.m. Friday. A 43-year-old woman and a 21-year-old woman have been charged with petit larceny. They are accused of stealing more than $98 worth of merchandise without paying for it.

ARREST

A Falls man was arrested after shoplifting from a store in the 1500 block of Military Road at 5:06 p.m. Friday. The 18-year-old has been charged with petit larceny. He is accused of stealing more than $63 worth of merchandise without paying for it.

ARREST

A Falls woman was arrested after shoplifting from a store in the 1500 block of Military Road at 6:55 p.m. Friday. The 34-year-old woman has been charged with petit larceny. She is accused of taking more than $25 worth of merchandise without paying for it.

BURGLARY

Police are investigating a break-in in the 1000 block of 93rd Street. A female victim told officers that sometime between Sunday, Aug. 7 and 12:45 p.m., someone broke into her home through an unlocked kitchen window. The victim said $800 worth of miscellaneous power tools were stolen from the home.

THEFT

Officers are investigating a vehicle break-in in the 600 block of Sixth Street. A female victim told police that sometime between 1 and 8 a.m. Monday, someone broke into her vehicle by smashing the rear driver’s side window. The victim said her purse was stolen from the vehicle.
