MUMBAI: Star Plus has ventured into uncharted territory. Star Plus’ show Maati Se Bandhi Dor stars Rutuja Bagwe and Ankit Gupta in the lead roles. Rutuja Bagwe will be seen playing the role of Vaijanati (Vaiju) and Ankit Gupta to essay the role of Rannvijaya in the show. Maati Se Bandhi Dor also delves into the complexities of relationships and the diversity of local culture.

Jaya feels lonely and unwelcome by Ranvijay, even though he doesn’t want her to feel that way.

Ranvijay warns Vaiju and asks her to stay away from him and he attacks her. Vaiju feels humiliated and ashamed by his words and behavior.
