Hollyoaks’ Abe to announce shock death after motorbike crash

Holly’s Oaks is set to air a horrific motorcycle accident in the village that will end with Abe Fielding announcing his shocking death.

The series’ most important storylines will come together in the upcoming episodes in a major coup that will change viewers’ lives forever.

In scenes set to air next week, Suzanne and JJ run into Jack and Frankie outside The Dog, while the fractured family is still at war after Frankie revealed JJ was a victim of abuse.

Frankie confronts her mother about not believing her, revealing more about her horrific childhood and making it clear she won’t be silenced. She is supported by Jack, who challenges Suzanne when she denies knowing anything.

Meanwhile, next week, Cleo tries to escape from her abusive partner, Abe, and rides her bike to Dave’s to get to Warren and Mercedes.

However, Abe is still chasing her, so she decides to head back home – this time on a motorcycle.

Despite her best efforts, Cleo doesn’t know what she’s doing and can’t control her bike. In shocking scenes, she rides through the market square and crashes into the McQueen house, with Marie, Jack, Suzanne and Frankie inside.

A massive accident leaves the house in ruins and Cleo lies motionless on the floor outside.

Abe can’t get an answer from his partner. But instead of looking for help, he looks into Cleo’s bag and takes her iPad before finally calling an ambulance.

Leela breaks the news of the accident to Tony and the Osbornes, while Darren rushes to help Frankie and Jack.

Later at the hospital, Joel worries about Cleo and tries to figure out why she was on the bike in the first place and what she was trying to escape from.

Tired of hiding, Cleo shows off her bruises and tells Joel and Leela that Abe is molesting her.

Angry with his brother, Joel begins to argue with Abe, but their feud is interrupted when they realize that the condition of their mother, Marie, is deteriorating.

Later, Abe breaks the news to Cleo that Marie is dead and in a terrifying threat warns that he will make her wish she were dead.

Sure enough, Sally arrives at Cleo’s hospital room to find the bed empty. Where did she go?

Elsewhere in the woods, Mercedes desperately calls out to Warren, who discovers during a major showdown that Dave is Blue.

What will happen between them is not yet known. Mercedes later returns to the village with the twins to find the McQueen house destroyed and chaos reigning.

After a dramatic week, viewers will return to the village of Hollyoaks a year after the tragic events. What happened in the missing 365 days?

Holly’s Oaks streams online first via Channel 4 every weekday at 7:30 p.m. Episodes are broadcast on E4 the following day and premiere on YouTube a week later.
